Ileal Conduit to Indiana Pouch

hi all. I'm Diane and new to the board. I'm in my low 40s and I've had an ileal conduit for several years. I recently underwent a failed revision for stoma issues.
I'm interested in switching to an indiana pouch at this point and would recommendations for best surgeon with most experience. I'm willing to travel anyone in the US for great care.
