Finding J-pouch surgeon

My J-pouch was performed by Dr. George Moro, M.D. (Orange, CA) about 20 years ago. I now live in Bishop, CA and have been unable to find anyone with J-pouch experience, who (also accepts Medi_Cal.) to perform my annual sigmoidoscopy + dilitation.I am prepared to travel. Forgive me if this is not the appropriate forum for this topic.
