Dialysis with ostomy

Hey y'all...its been a long time since I've needed you which I suppose is a good thing
I find myself facing a dilemma..its a good possibility that I may need to go on dialysis. I am torn between at home at night dialysis or going into a center. Because I am prone to have blow outs during the night I am concerned about frequent trips to the bathroom being hooked up to a machine. Anyone else have any input? Sometimes I think it's just better to go 3 times a week and let the professionals deal with it. Thank you for any suggestions.
