Having Urostomy and Colostomy surgery

So I have aggressive prostate cancer that had invaded my bladder from day one. Since my diagnosis, it has been trips back and forth from the urologist's office and the emergency room since 2019. Cancer has not affected my rectum yet, but a fistula has reared its head. It's creeping up and, they believe, has made communication with my bladder and rectum. I will have a CT scan on Friday so they know for sure. If contact has been made the bypasses are coming, both of which they believe, because of the size of the tumor, will be permanent. I'm not too concerned with either, I have been rocking bi- lateral nephrostomy tubes for months. I'm kind of done with them, but that's not to say I'm not a little scared.
I wonder about things like GAS, Diarrhea, etc. As far as the urostomy, I feel like I know everything there is to know about caths, having had to cath and irrigate myself for the last few months. It's very messy! Anyway, I'm hoping to get some feedback on the bags, hopefully from two-baggers, but one baggers are fine too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
