Changing my routine

My routine has been pretty consistent over the last 10 years. Recently it seems to have developed a mind of its own, for no reason that I have been able to pinpoint, with activity taking place between 1 and 3 AM. This is enormously inconvenient, requiring addressing pouch issues in the middle of the night. Does anyone know of a method whereby I might change it, or do I just have to accept what comes?
