Hernia and stomach surgery with Kock Pouch

I have a Kock Pouch and have had 3 hernia surgeries. I see a surgeon at Cleveland. I know it has returned and he says I need my stomach lining redone. Many surgeries. Has anyone had this happen? I cannot get the catheter in to empty. I have to lay one the floor. Help
