Excessive Bowel Leakage

Hello - My father has an ostomy and recently has been having ALOT more than normal leakage from his anus. He has had the ostomy since 2014. It's like it's actual BM. Has not no control over it. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do? I have a doctor coming to look at him tomorrow, just thought I might get some advise.

That may be diversion colitis, lots of us have experienced it.
