I am experiencing clear watery rectal drippage that is very irritating to the surrounding skin. So much so, that I cannot sit.

Using sitz baths, barrier cream and B sure pads as recommended by doctor but it is not helping.

Anyone else have advice on this?

Maybe try an enema to see if you can clear it out for a while.
"Rectal discharge" comes up fairly often on this forum, do a search for more information.

Me2 Occasionally (once a year) I get the sensation that I need to sit down and have a real old time bowel movement. What passes is a glob of something that looks like Vaseline. This is disgusting, but when I wipe, it smears like Vaseline. I've never asked a Medical Pro and probably won't. It would be interesting if others have a comment
