ConvaTec Wafers

Post by To Dream a Dream »

Today, I checked on an order I had made thru my regular local supplier & was told they are experiencing difficulty in obtaining my Sur-Fit Natura Moldable Durahesive Skin Barrier with Hydrocolloid Flexible Collar Ref #411800. Has anyone else experienced a problem? Thanks.

Oh, that's scary....I just did an inventory of my Convatec supplies yesterday and I have quite a bit, thank goodness. I really don't want to make a new order yet but if there are problems.....

A quick update. I have received my wafers & hopefully, there will be no further delays for others.

You had to wait a month from your re-order date?

No, it was closer to 10 days mostly due to shipping. My post was late because I have been enduring age-related health challenges & higher temps. than usual without air conditioning. Hopefully, a prolonged cool down is in the forecast for all.
