I have allergies and I take medication for it but sometimes twice a day I pass hard mucus into my ostomy bag from my ileostomy stoma.

It is always bright yellow and like a gummy bear consistently. I always feel sick to my stomach until these pass.

Going to bring it up to my doctor but wondered if this is normal.

Hmmm, That's interesting! I know that the bowels create a lot of mucosa to help with stool but that sounds different. I hope it goes well. Let's us know the outcome please.

I’ve also gotten minor nuisance from post nasal drip.
