Lubricant
I dimly remember that when everything was new, there was a general prohibition against putting any kind of lubricant in the pouch. All these yeqrs later, stool collects at the top of the pouch and neglects to take its downward journey, causing leakage, leading to skin contact. Does that prohibition still apply or is there something that may help? Currently using Convatec Natura, closed end with a filter.

Re: Lubricant
Is it possible that you are using a tight belt or underwear with an elastic band around the top that presses against the pouch and prevents fecal material from sliding down?
