loop ileostomy but gas still producing in colon/rectum

I had a loop ileostomy for Pelvic Floor failure 7 weeks ago. I am having a hard time, but getting some green globy mucous from my rectum with bloody mucous, and having excruciating pain. The rectal catheter still has gas coming out of my rectum. The enemas make the gas production worse and more painful. Has anyone else had continuous gas being produced after surgery? I see another colorectal surgeon for a second opinion because my pelvic reconstruction failed due to pressure and strain with the mucus.
