Help with getting a PICC Line dressing change

Hi. I'm an ileostomate who has a high output and have been receiving daily saline infusions for fluid replacement through a PICC Line. I am visiting my parents in the Largo / Seminole area for a couple of weeks but need to have the dressing on my PICC Line changed once per week but don't know where to go to have it done. I've asked at a couple of Urgent Cares but they don't have the trained staff and told us they're not allowed to do it, telling us to go to Emergency. We went to a hospital Emergency Dept. yesterday to check and though they said they can do it, it costs A LOT for the initial part of the visit and I don't know if I'll be able to claim that when I return to Canada. So, I'm wondering if anyone has any other suggestions? If all else fails my Mom will do it - she just hates doing it! So, I have a back-up plan if there is no where else to go.
Thanks.

It contains much detailed information. If you do a search (which will also search our discussion board), you may find a lead. The UOAA has lists of their local chapters that may help as well.
