I sat mesmerized by the YouTube recording (at times reduced to tears) by the work & dedication of our UOAA leadership team as they outlined the progress being made (even as I reach out to our Board readership), in education, advocacy, & practical ostomy care.
As an UOAA 'old-timer' since the late 1970s, the way in which our younger generation of those with an ostomy (or two), medical professionals, manufacturers & researchers have joined forces using up-to-date technology to greatly improve the quality of life for all is a true victory.
