Foods etc. that may be causing very high output?

Post by Shamrock4806 »

I don't know what's going on, but since drinking this certain brand of whole milk my otosmy output has gone ballistic.

The bag will be filled up just a few minutes after emptying!

It's starting to decrease a bit but it's consistently is the same, very yellow and runny, which I think has to do with milk.

Funny drinking low fat milk didn't have the same effect as I was drinking that previously, it occurred right after drinking this brand of whole milk.

So it's either the whole milk or perhaps the hormones used?

I think I'm lactose intolerant as well so this may be the cause? Anyone have any clue?

Any other foods etc. that may be causing this?

If the bag goes with this high flow, no change I'm heck of getting one back on in time.

Help!

OMG my blood sugar has been high lately (prediabetic) I could have an infection. Last time this occurred I was hospitalized. 😲

Okay found out I should be using lactose free milk, the low fat milk was likely having less of an effect.

So it's off to the store to buy creamy peanut butter, cheese, some salty crackers and apple sauce. 😊

I need to fix this high output before next bag change.

Hey hey!

My saltine, peanut butter (smooth) with sliced bananas did the trick.

My output has turned from a runny yellow to a thicker consistency. 😀

Oh happy days! 😁

I was consuming entirely too much whole milk, eggs, alcohol and fruit juices, must have triggered the high outflow.

Lesson learned. 😊

Oops bananas tend to restrict output flow causing an ache. Perhaps not chewing thoroughly.

Peanut butter making my skin greasy.

Dried apricots and soda crackers seem to work.

Check out the low-FODMAP diet. It focuses on eliminating foods that are likely to cause gut issues, including dairy, gluten, artificial sweeteners, and many fruits and veggies.

I avoid dried fruit for fear of blockages, but not everyone has that worry.

Saw a nutritionist and she gave me a pamplet that outlined what and what not to eat.

Since following it I've been great. 😊

Whole milk, pasta, coffee (decaf okay) beef, chicken fatty or salty foods sens to trigger a flood of water with me.
