Wow, I saw a nutritionist and she gave me a wonderful pamplet from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for those with a ileostomy.

It lists exactly what to eat and not to eat and combined with Centrum Silver I've been doing exceptionally better than I ever have been before.

No more guesswork.. 😊

Neuropathy is gone.. I'm having less bag issues.

I would copy and paste here, but it would be unformatted and difficult as it's from a PDF.

It's free to copy to those with similar issues.

Not available on their web site.

Any suggestions of a free host site so I can post a link here?
