I have used this two piece system for almost 30 years, now Hollister has stopped making it. I am struggling to find a replacement that works as well. Hollister suggested a couple options, but the convex depth is greater ( than the Karaya) and it is very hard, no give to the ring at all. The Karaya was firm, but had a little give to it. I’m pretty flat around my stoma, but do have a subtle dip. The old system could bend just enough to give me a good seal. The new is just too hard and does not seal.

Anyone have an replacement suggestion?

I have no answer- just sharing your pain! I used Hollister katana paste for about 30 years and can’t get it anymore. I haven’t found anything that works as well, yet.

Hi ZBR i,ve used convatec 2pc. flat wafer with paste for long time but have since started using coloplast brava rings/seals instead of paste which seemed to dissolve in a couple days, now i get 4days wear time.
