Try a non convex and a slightly larger opening and see what happens.

Funny, I'm considering going in the other direction. I do not have any creases or divots around my stoma. I am thinking when it becomes active it seems to move alot.

If your stoma is sticking out permanently 1/2" (or more) and there isn't any folds in your skin right there, you may want to try a flat appliance. However usually one has to bend over and this causes a fold to occur and with a flat, causes it to pop off. So the convex may still work better. You'll have to experiment. A larger opening may help. (As suggested above)
The noise problem could be due to your diet causing gas. See this post about certain foods...
