Hello! I have three ostomy bags two caused by fistulas forming, and because of them being so close together they leak a lot. That’s where the hyper fixation starts my mother has told me that I look at the bottom of my bags a lot, and I do because I feel uncomfortable and feel like I’m leaking 24/7and 7/10 times they are completely fine. And when I think I smell them I get scared that others will smell them, and that stresses me out so bad, I have only had my OSTOMY for about a year. The fistulas for shorter. If anyone feels this way to and have some tips for me to distract myself I will greatly appreciate!

Hi, I think maybe just distraction would be best first step, maybe you can get really into a new show or something? Or a game, online might be better, so you can talk to people. Maybe we here on the forum should form an ARK guild or a WOW guild?
