We are pleased to announce that we are re-opening our survey on colorectal cancer survivors with ostomies. If you previously participated in this survey, please note that multiple submissions are not allowed. Thank you to those who already participated for your valuable contribution.

Invitation to Participate in a Survey-based Study on Colorectal Cancer Survivors with Ostomies (stomas)
We are conducting a survey-based study to investigate the relationship between ostomy (stoma)-related issues, body image, and psychosocial well-being among colorectal cancer survivors. Your participation is crucial in helping us understand how these factors interact and impact the lives of individuals living with an ostomy (stoma). The insights gained from this study will contribute to developing better support systems and interventions to improve the quality of life for colorectal cancer survivors.
If you decide to participate, you will be asked to complete a survey that will take approximately 20 minutes. Your responses will be kept confidential. As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a $20 Amazon e-gift card upon successful completion of the survey. This is an electronic gift card and will be delivered to your email. Please allow several days for processing. Before you begin the survey, we'll ask a few screening questions to determine your eligibility. If you don't meet the criteria, the survey will end automatically.
