Bloody "stool" from rectum

I still have my downstairs in tact after my ileostomy 3 years ago. It is a permanent ostomy, I just haven't had the strength to go through with the closing of the hole procedure. I have dealt with output from my rectum about 1-2 times a week, but the past month it has become more frequent with more blood and way more pressure and pain down there. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm guessing I might have some kind of tear up there causing it to bleed more. I almost wonder if my rectum staying in is what's causing me to feel sick all the time.

Go to the Emergency Room stat.

Bring your own ostomy supplies and a change of clothes. Phone charger etc.

Agree. Er.
I have mine intact still too.
Permanent ileo. Mine was sewn from the inside
Never in the 8 plus years has anything come out.
Nada.
It has moisture in there but so slight it stays put.
If I had blood come out I'd go to the er
Did they sew you shut from the outside?
