I wrote this to a person born with extreme health challenges among which necessitated both urinary & bowel diversions. Despite his bleak prognoses, he not only survived but also triumphed over cruel adversity for many years. This excerpt from my letter applies not only to him, but a host of others:
“We shall be ‘forever friends.’ Our souls may have touched before time began & we shall recognize each other in the great hereafter. I am sure that God still loves us. That our prayers are never wasted. Intense prayers & sincere love do heal. Whatever happens to us, I am so very glad that you are real. Please remember that we will always be somewhere. And you will always hold my heart.”
