Okay I'm sick of meat causing huge fluid losses...

...but I need my protein. Every meat I eat is causing lots of liquid output for hours on end and I'm sick of it.
So I'm cutting out meat for another protein source with no gluten and no fat.
So I asked ChatGPT and it had this list
Here are high-protein, gluten-free, lactose-free, very low-fat foods that avoid seafood and are typically well-tolerated with an ileostomy:
Egg whites – almost pure protein, no fat, easy to digest. Yes I like these.
Skinless chicken breast or turkey breast – baked, poached, or pressure-cooked to stay moist. Absolutely not causes me lots of liquid output.
Lean pork tenderloin – trimmed of all visible fat, cooked until soft. Absolutely not, liquid city
Extra-firm or silken tofu (plain) – choose unseasoned, non-GMO, no added flavors. Huh?
Tempeh (plain, well-cooked) – mild flavor; steam first to reduce fiber. Uh fiber tends to pancake me.
Protein isolates or powders – e.g., 100 % whey isolate (lactose-free) or pea protein isolate for shakes.
Collagen or gelatin powder – dissolves in hot or cold liquids, essentially pure protein.
Lactose-free, fat-free Greek yogurt or skyr (if you tolerate cultured dairy). I like Greek yogurt.
Low-fat cottage cheese made with lactose-free milk (check label for “lactose free”). I like this too.
Okay so has anyone had any experience with protein isolates like whey isolate? Or collagen gelatin powders?
This is all new to me. I could try some but often it's in a big container.
I wouldn't know what to do with the stuff.
