Fundraising/Charity

Good morning,
I lead a support group in Mobile, AL with pretty good member turnout. We have been discussing ways to raise money and different fundraising opportunities. It was brought up at a recent meeting the Bowlin for colon fundraising, and I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with organizing that. Just casting my net wide to try and get as much information as possible. Thanks!
