Stoma plugs

Since Coloplast abandoned us and discontinued the stoma plug with no alternative, what are the options for those of us who irrigate and want a very discreet and small stoma cap?

I am getting towards the end of my supply of Coloplast plugs so now searching for alternatives. I know no other brands do plugs, so what is the smallest stoma cap currently on the market? The smallest? Flattest? Most discreet?
