This meal contains protein, iron, carbs and just a tiny bit of fat for taste.

Frozen Black Angus steak burgers
Italian pasta (don't use American wheat)
Heinz Beef Gravy (only 1% fat)
Eggs

Also

Sourdough bread (toasted is awesome)
Swiss cheese
Sliced pastrami (the good kind)
Yellow mustard
Ketchup

What's nice is I bake up the entire box of steak burgers, an entire box of pasta and just refrigerate the unused portions to mix and microwave as needed.

Hot pastrami and Swiss sandwich or a hamburger patty with ketchup for lunch.

To drink: 2 packets of Drip Drop hydration mix in 32 oz of water and chilled. Two bottles at the ready per day.

Everything goes down well, digests well, however the eggs can be a bit gassy or not fully digest sometimes, but the protein content and the taste might be worth the trouble.

What I'm trying to do is avoid the bile salt stoma irritation by eating too much fat. Avoiding American wheat because of gluten like issues giving me a upset stomach. Consistently of output, pack a lot of energy in less food equals less trips to the bathroom.

And yes I'm putting the beef gravy on the Italian pasta, would make a native cry, but it tastes good and easy on the system unlike tomato sauce. I'll do butter substitute, olive oil and a bit of garlic sometimes but it's not as fulfilling unlike the beef gravy is.

I also have small other things like unsweetened applesauce, Greek yogurt for snacks as well as chewable vitamins and small TV dinners. But for main meals I've been packing on the protein and carbs with the beef steak burgers, pasta and beef gravy. 😋

Feeling great too. 😊
