Oh GOD! Why do I do it?

Post by Shamrock4806 »

I'm just fine as long as I maintain my rather plain, boring, home cooked diet but today I was driving around doing all sorts of things and sure enough mistakenly though I was a normal human being again and ordered take out food from Golden Coral.

Big, BIG, mistake.

Now I'm suffering with runaway diarrhea and I'm praying to GOD that it will stop.

Even loperamide doesn't work it's so bad.

I'm eating bananas because those usually always pancake me and I'm almost wishing for that at this point.

My stomach aches something fierce too.

Oh sweet Jesus will you please take me from this misery?

Jesus "I did but the doctors got to you" 😂

Okay it's now 12 hours later since I ate that frightful meal and I think she's finally thickening up.

My throat is parched but I don't dare drink more than a few drops, part salt water, part fresh. Because I don't know what caused the diarrhea, could have been the greasy food, something in the food or salt in the food.

Oh thank you Jesus.

And to think for the first few years this was the normal routine for me.

Bed to bathroom to water jug. Over and over again.

High output illeostomy for sure, but if I stick to my boring bland diet and twice a day loperamide I'm fine usually.

Freedom has it's costs.

16 hours later the pasta + small banana + no drinking water finally doing its thing.

It's mushy, I'll take it though, no pancaking so far.

Ears are ringing.

Drinking my homemade ORS like a fish now.

I'm on the road to recovery.

Thank you sweet Jesus. 😂

So I'm about slicing a small banana and putting it on my meal plate containing the rest of the food from Golden Coral, eating a little of each and thus getting fiber throughout my meal as to be evenly distributed throughout my intestines. See if that will stop the incoming diarrhea.

Wish me luck. 😂

Okay two small pieces of skinless chicken and a pork chop.

Usually this combo will get me runny but so far with the banana slices eaten with it I've had no serious side effects yet.

Output is coming out good but slowly which might be just fine.

We will see later if I get a clump or not.

I should say I also took an loperamide too.

Okay very good results!

The banana slices trick works it seems.

Liquid output eventually but it wasn't constant. So I'll take it.

A small clump at the end, could I've eaten one banana slice too much. Not a deal breaker.

I'll keep trying this whenever I know a meal is going to cause excessive watery output.
