I posted under my original post if anyone is interested in how the whole experience panned out, just another day!(yeah right 
) I am just glad he is here and safe. Thanks to all who gave advice my dad was able to find a bag that actually stays on now.That was one good thing that happened no leaks and that nothing happened while we were enroute. Later have a great evening!!
