There certainly is. I'm sorry nobody got back to you sooner, but your posted your question in a part of the forum that doesn't get a lot of traffic.
As you are reading this, look up toward the top of the page. In the heading (under the advertisements) click on the words 'support groups' and you will go to a list of all the 240 groups in the US. Texas is close to the bottom of the list, and the contact information for the San Antonio group is there.
