feels like to have no bladder and hardly a urethra, a continent pouch but feel like they have to pee from the time they put there feet on the floor in the morning till they fall into a deep sleep at night. I am having a real hard time, it is 9 wks post-op today, I am working very part-time (have to). But getting thru these days is agonizing. I am taking pain meds, but nothing gets to that area. I am having the rest of the urethrectomy in Dec., having a pudendal nerve block on Thursday, taking Lyrica and Tofranil. But I am feeling awful from this nagging pain, and just wish there was someone who went thru this, who understands and can coach me thru it. I don't mean to be a bother, and my life is as a nurse, so I give back daily. I just need a little support, so if there is anyone out there who can just talk with me and tell me I'll make it, I would sure appreciate it. Thanks, Aileen
