Have you been treated for colon or rectal cancer? (updated)

Post by life after cancer »

Temple University is still looking for volunteers who have been treated for colon or rectal cancer to participate in a quality of life study. The study is funded by the National Cancer Institute and hopes to understand new ways to improve people's lives after treatment for colon or rectal cancer.

Participants in the study must have been treated for Stage I-III colon or rectal cancer in the past five years, completed surgical treatment, and be able to read and write in English.

Study participants will be interviewed twice over a six-to-eight week period, will do some brief journal writing, and will be compensated for their participation.

For more information and to find out if this study is right for you, visit our webpage at www.temple.edu/sbhi , or contact Chad Thomas at lifeaftercancer@temple.edu or 1-888-464-0020.
