Thinking about getting an Indianna Pouch

Greetings all,
I am Richard and I am in Columbia, SC are there any places where I can get the Indiana pouch done here in South Carolina? I have had an Ileal Conduit for about 29 years now (extrophy of the bladder) and in the last 5 years I have had 3 hernias (in a year and three months apart) each one of them requiring a one week stay in the hospital. Now I have another hernia and this time it's a peristomal hernia.
I figure if I am going to go under the knife again that I may as well look at all of my options. So, if anyone would like to offer any advice I am willing to listen. I would like to find a place close to Columbia SC where I can have the operation however, I am willing to consider other places.
