California people...
Who's from California here?
I live in San Jose. But also travel to San Diego/Los Angeles sometimes. Would be cool to meet up with others in the boat (bag) as me.

I live on the lovely central coast of California....but you know that already. I think Sharon was part of the Reno gang organized by Tiny. It's not to early ro start planning for the 2017 UOAA conference in Irvine, CA. I've made life long friends at these meetings, Darick included!
Happy Holidays everyone!

Rowdyj, that's fairly close to Sacramento? Maybe Sharon, you, and I can meet up for coffee one day.

Re: California people...
This is a bit further outside the topic of ostomies, but...we're planning to move back to California after 12 years in Hawaii. I grew up in Sacramento and my husband grew up in San Diego, and we lived in the Bay Area for decades.
We're thinking of the foothills/Gold Country, maybe Grass Valley or Placerville or east of Yuba City. 1500 to 2500 ft elevation is what we have in mind.
Anybody have experience in those areas? Tips, suggestions, warnings? Ostomy resources? (to pretend to make this vaguely pertinent to the board)
