I agree with Dog lover. A couple of nights ago I had high output, filling one pouch, emptying, and then the pouch was full again within 10 minutes or so. I ended up taking 2 Immodium, then 40 minutes later I took 2 more. This slowed the output down to where I could go to sleep. I did not experience any bad effects. I have to move quickly when I have high output or I end up in the ER.

The next day I ate spaghetti. That took care of it. Any kind of noodles will slow and thicken my output. I keep spaghetti and mac and cheese in the house as emergency medicine!

I'm glad your blockage is gone. It's as important to thicken and slow the output as it is to drink fluids and take in electrolytes. Good luck.
