The new Esenta product samples I called to ask ConvaTec about recently have arrived. A plastic bag with two barrier wipes & two adhesive removers. I look forward to trying them with my next change. Thank you ConvaTec staff for your courtesy & prompt response.

Tried the barrier wipe during this a.m.'s change & no problem. The package seemed to be a bit easier for my aged hands to tear open, also. So far, a thumbs up from me.

Won't give them another cent until they fix their pouch issue.
