Indiana Pouch Since 1985

Hi. I have had a pouch since 1985. 1st one done at University Hosp. Cleveland, Ohio. I have been very pleased. I have had my share of problems, i.e. pouchitis. (urinary tract infection) causing buildup of mucous leading to leaking. Irrigation with saline solution solves that problem. At first I was waiting for it to fail. But, time I got use to cathing myself and developing a "feeling" of when I have to go to the bathroom. If you have anymore questions you can ask.
