Gas pain and cold - advice?

Cold (or allergies?) bloomed Wednesday. Still eating normally. No, not Covid - took test twice

Friday night my wife wanted fried chicken and tater tots. Figured ok, I was feeling better. Whoopsie

From 10 PM on, nailed w gas pains. Could not sleep, seemed to get a bit worse when laying down. Threw up middle of night.

Ileo still producing, not much but then not much in system.

I had an episode like this back in 2009 I think. Took a few days to resolve.

Any advice this round? Anything I should watch for? Abdomen not rigid or tender.

Just trying to get some sleep. I think if I could sleep for a bit would wake up better.

Are you keeping hydrated with sips of water or Pedialyte? And please let your doctor know.
